Tariff

• £70 per room, per night, including breakfast based on 2 people sharing.

• Single occupancy  from £48 per night including breakfast.

Reduced rates for bookings of 5 nights or more.

1 nights deposit paid by cheque or bank transfer to confirm your booking (non refundable) with remaining balance payable in cash upon arrival.

Sorry we do not have facilities for Credit/Debit Cards.

Unfortunately we cannot cater for children under the age of 18.

We are unable to take pets.

We ask that guests arrive after 3.30pm on day of arrival and vacate rooms by 10.00am on day of departure.

Directions
From M5 take junction 27 onto the A361 North Devon Link Road to Barnstaple then continue on the A361 to Braunton.
At the traffic lights in the centre of Braunton turn immediately right into East Street follow the road until crossroads and then immediately left into Church Street, follow the road until you reach Bakers Thatch on the right at the bottom of Church Street you will see St. Brannocks Church directly opposite.
